Clout runs on a straightforward value loop: bounties fund rewards, and small fees keep the system healthy.

Rewards

When someone opens a bounty, the tokens they lock are later paid out to users who complete the required actions. No staking, no tricks — you earn directly from the bounty pool.

Fees

Two small fees power the protocol:

• Creation fee: charged when a bounty is opened.
• Payout fee: taken only on successful rewards.

These go to the treasury for maintenance, audits, and future improvements.

Value flow

More bounties → more users earning → more activity → a self-funding treasury able to support upgrades, incentives, and long-term stability.
